The WEEF Mini Grant Program exists to fund unfunded needs in our Woodford County classrooms K through 12.
Grant applications are accepted for up to $500.00 per classroom.
WEEF and the Woodford County Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum bestow
awards, after review, to judge where the greatest good can be created with the grants.
The totality of the awards is based on the amount funds we can raise yearly from our community outreach to businesses, organizations and individuals and from any excess funds remaining for our annual golf tournament not allocated towards our performing arts program.
It is our annual goal to award at least two $500.00 Mini Grants to each of our schools.
All funds collected will be awarded yearly.
To understand how funds are put to use in our classrooms, here are the Mini-Grants we have funded with last year’s Program.
